About CTRL Advisors

Connecting Talent, Resources, and Leadership.

CTRL Advisors was founded on a straightforward premise: rural and community health organizations deserve the same quality of strategic IT leadership and execution capability as large health systems — structured for their reality.

What CTRL stands for

C

Connecting

We connect the right expertise to the right challenge — drawing from a network of senior healthcare IT practitioners with deep domain experience.

T

Talent

We bring enterprise-caliber talent to organizations that can't justify full-time executive hires — fractional, flexible, and accountable.

R

Resources

We provide the advisory, execution, and coordination resources that rural and community health organizations need to move forward with confidence.

L

Leadership

We deliver strategic leadership — not just consulting. Our advisors carry accountability for outcomes, not just recommendations.

We are not a staffing firm.

CTRL Advisors does not place contractors. We do not earn placement fees. We do not optimize for billable hours. We are an advisory firm — accountable for strategy, execution, and outcomes. The distinction matters because it changes every incentive in the engagement.

  • No placement fees or contractor markups
  • No vendor referral arrangements
  • Accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables
  • Engagements structured around your needs, not our utilization

A network model built for depth

CTRL Advisors operates through a curated network of senior healthcare IT practitioners — each with deep domain expertise in their respective service lanes. This model allows us to bring the right expertise to each engagement without the overhead of a large consulting firm, and to scale up or down as your needs evolve.

Leadership

Our leadership team brings decades of combined experience in healthcare IT strategy, EHR implementation, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and rural health operations.
